  1. Your whole mouth/teeth get scanned by a dentist using special software. This is a revolution in 3D dentistry that has replaced dental impressions with highly accurate digital images of your teeth.
  2. These digital scans are then converted into digital files. 
  3. Shape-engineered aligner molds are 3D printed and then produced using techniques such as thermo-forming and milling, allowing the teeth to adjust and be guided into place. 
  4. Clear aligners use a process that includes biocompatible polyurethane resin and stereolithography (SLA) 3D printers.
