My Orthodontist seeks an EXPERIENCED Front Desk Scheduling Coordinator. Must be personable, reliable, and work well with other members of our team. Receptionist experience is a Plus! Our ideal candidate needs to be proficient in all aspects of front desk responsibilities including insurance posting, collection of co-payments, answering phones, and all aspects of scheduling. Our patients have come to expect outstanding care from the moment they call our office, right through to the end of their treatment. It is imperative our candidate is also compassionate and caring. Duties

  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
  • Creating treatment plans and presentations
  • Providing training and development support to ensure all staff demonstrates knowledge of our business model, operating procedures and protocols

  • Supporting the achievement of performance targets & budgeted goals.
  • Overseeing on-boarding and training of new staff members

Requirements

  • Bi-Lingual in Spanish is preferred

Pay: From $60,000.00-70,000 per year
